Return and Refund
At Siorai, we offer only one exclusive product, and therefore we do not provide general returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are considered final.
However, we do offer a return or refund only if the product arrives damaged, as customer satisfaction and product quality are our priority.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund (Damaged Product Only)
A return or refund is possible only if:

The product is received damaged or defective, and

You share a complete, unedited unboxing video showing the package and product clearly at the time of opening.
Without an unboxing video, no claim can be processed.
2. What the Unboxing Video Must Include
To ensure a valid claim, the unboxing video must:

Start before the package is opened

Clearly show the shipping label, sealed packaging, and product condition

Be continuous (no cuts or edits)

Show the damage clearly
This helps us verify courier issues and process your case smoothly.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
If your product is damaged:
- Email us at [support@siorai.com] within 24 hours of delivery.
- Attach your order ID and the unedited unboxing video.
- Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will offer either:

A replacement (if available), or

A full refund to your original payment method.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot process returns or refunds in the following cases:

No unboxing video

Edited or unclear video

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery

Damage caused after opening or using the product

Change of mind or personal preference
5. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
